My Video is Blowing UP.. What now?

So I've got one of my video's that has really taken off and I'm freakin thrilled about it... What I'm not thrilled about is the 100+ emails I'm now getting per day from youtube. I only get emails for comments and subscribers, and gmail lumps the comment emails together. So what I end up with is a shitload of individual subscriber notification emails to wade thru.
I look at them all because I don't want to miss any good channels that I could be subbing back to, and this was a fun part of the day a couple of weeks when I'd have about 5-10 new subs per day. Now it's becoming a job.
Is there any easier way to see all your subs. I just think about some of the vloggers I've seen with tens of thousands of subs, and figure they have to be doing this differently or they'd be up all night after work.

I really hate to just blindly delete emails, or turn off the notifications all together but I feel like I'm going to have to soon...

You don't really think people that have tens of thousands of subs have any idea who their subs are, do you? There's no way those people go through all those emails, and frankly there's no reason to. If only 10% of them were decent channels they'd still be subscribing to over 1000, which would be impossible to actually follow. That's a fools errand.

Thanks for the feedback. I'm glad to hear it like that, because I'm seriously getting too many emails. I think I'm going to turn off the subs notifications right now.

You're right mxrac3r, It's the "mean old man" video. I got about 30,000 views on it last week.

i kinda have some advice and ideas what i do,

having almost 20k subs to me its not at the point were i reply to comments and then get a reply Back and have no idea what i was talking about.

I found it easyer to save Vids of vloggers I like into a Playlist thats Private, so i can keep a mental track / note of who ive been watching,

from there i then generally watch a few other vids and decide if i want to subscribe to that person or not.

skimming through it more.

if a few people mention the same username to me over the course of a few weeks / days etc. i will generally check out who they area talking about.

If i find a channel i like, i will normally comment on a video " INB4 subs" - thus meaning my other subscribers will see that in my feed and normally a small % of that would follow on with looking at the same channel i did.

how i manage my personal questions etc.

its hard.

my inbox is empty at the moment as i most of the subs reply to questions another sub has asked me.
