Scooters are pretty cool. I like some of the bigger ones for their handy storage! If I lived someplace urban, I would probably be on a scooter today.

@Mr. G , what was that ride? I cannot tell from the picture.

I quite like the idea of the big cc scooters, super practical and comfy and from what I gather quite fun to ride too. Would feel a bit like a London bike thief on one though!

I'd like to try riding a scooter for once. Ever since I got my license, I've only ever ridden manual transmission motorcycles.

I have absolutely no experience with what an automatic scooter or semi-auto underbone feels like lol.

More throttle control than anything. I haven't ridden an auto since riding a manual after 2 years. As for a semi auto wouldn't mind giving one a go

Funniest thing about the semi auto underbones is that they're EVERYWHERE in the region I live in. They make up like 70% of the motorcycles used. And are the de facto entry level machine.

And yet I have yet to take one for a spin XD

Muh bubble man.

My legs are too long. Slow turns I have to stick my knees out te opposite side to get any kind of lock on!

Lol, I had the same experience trying out a Grom. I'm 177cm tall so when I was on the Grom everytime I turned the handlebars more than an inch left or right i'd be smacking my knees.

I've seen a lot of underbone riders fit racing pegs on their bikes that puts their feet back a bit.
