when riding behind a van or vehicle with obstructed rear view... Do not ride in the center of the road! Stay to one side or the other of your lane.

I drive a commercial van for work with a split rear window. I had a guy behind me today and I absolutely could not tell if he was still there or exited somewhere. Turns out he was there for several miles. As a biker, I like to help take care of those riding with the way I drive, but I can't do that if I can't see you behind me! That's all guys

And I guess the guy on the bike couldn't see shit around you either.

Even more of a reason to make sure you're visible to the driver in front of you.
