Looking for feedback

Hello all!

Just now I uploaded the fourth episode of my italia roadtrip. In this episode I'm riding from Germany trough Austria to Italy and encounter the first mountainroads. Great scenery, and at the start and end of each episode I give al litte update about the day, the bike, the hotel or something else roadtrip related.

Sadly I'm not getting the views I hoped I would get. From my 75 subscribers I only arounf 20 views. When my normal vlogs get more views.

It would make me really happy if some of you would like to check out this serie and give some feedback on how it could be better! One of the things I allready changed is the length of the video's. I decided to cut the episodes up into parts of around 10 minutes. I know that most people don't have the time to watch 30 minutes episodes.

Nice!! That country was beutifull, what'd you call it again - Australia thats it, must go their. Oh Wait, i live in Australia. LOL

The Vid is good, as allways i like others have critisism's, but apart from not using a 'fade' or something for the frame breaks its allright.
I also have to get my vids waydown in length. Some really good footage you have to chop, but it has to be done to keep your audience from sleeping.

As far as subscribers, it is my beleif that if you DONT have 'FaecesBook', you get less sub's, it is the New medium.
I dont have it, dont want it, have bugger-all time for what i do allready!! But i have seen a member go from 10 - 3000+ sub's in the same time ive been uploading. Now my vids have more content than 'Trolling moms', 'Wheelies', etc. But if thats what the public wanna see, then im not getting many more subscribers then am I.
But i dont care, i dont do it for the Trolls of the world.

Youve only just started Vlogging/producing, give yourself time to evolve into a great Producer, and to get the veiwership your after.
Your 'style' will come later. Give it time.

Ofcourse already seen it.

This is a great improvement, video's in double digits get almost no views from me.
Some expections ofcourse, dutchies and Mototrippin mostly :lol:

I think pympster said he was having the same issues with his trip to the USA.

Also the typical view rate from subscribers is apparently around 30%.

My opinion on youtube videos is to keep it short. Lots of the time if a video is in the double digits I won't even click on it (unless it's something I REALLY want to see). I try to keep my vids down to 3 min most of the time. Remember people have really short attention spans on the internet. There's so much to watch and so little time.

So we have established that 10 min is maximum for vlog, right? Preferably even shorter. But could you keep your attention to this episode? Do you like to hear about my night before and who I met, or should I just keep it to moto talk only? Were you guys bored during this episode? So yeah, where?
