She doesn't. There are clever drones out there that you can set a lock track on you, and the drone will just follow you.

No she actually does. Itchyboots uses a Mavic Air 2. This drone has no "follow me" mode. All it has is quickshot modes. I know because I own one. She actually drives and controls that drone.

She is probably using Litchi and has it flying a pre programed route. You can fly it, set the way points, hit a button and it will refly the route while she rides.
