Thanks for the sub! if you want to get more subs, my opinion would be to make your vids short and sweet. There are a lot of people on this forum that would disagree with me, but I really do believe short and sweet is important. When you are established then you can make whatever vids you want, but if you're trying to bait subscribers you want don't want them not clicking on your vid because it is too long. There are lots of days I go on youtube and only have 30min to spare, and if there is a 10min vid from someone I don't know I won't click on it just because I don't want to risk wasting the time. Harsh I know, but honest.

Also post your vids on this forum (there is a subform here for it) and comment on other people's vids a lot. I think in the beggining every 10 comments I'd get a sub lol or something like that.

My biggest sub intake has been from big guys commenting on my vids, so when ARidersLife commented on my vid man I got like 20-30 subs in 2 days lol. And he's done that twice which has been awesome for me.

true. most of the vids i ever click on, unless i seen the person before, i leave before it's over. nutnfancy is bad for crazy long videos. half an hr i believe.
