You need insurance and it's been that way at least 5 years if not more. You can do serious damage with them.

dont fly them at people i said rules not laws.

i know you can iv crashed mine plenty of times i stopped using it because i was spending to much repairing it
we now just race are rc cars i honestly didn't know about insurance shorly they should of told us at the shop
