I'm Curious

I was thinking about it the other night after I visited the forum...why do I not get much feedback or views on the vlogs I post?

And be honest, whats the voice in your head when you see my posts/videos. Lame, boring, bad content, bad editing, just don't care, annoying, not intersting, bad titles, etc?

I spend a lot of time editing the content, not saying it's amazing or anything, but I would like feedback whether good or bad. I get very little of either so just curious.

Hmmm, I haven't seen any recently in the "post your vids" section... unfortunately that's the only place I can leave feedback because I'm still a Google+ holdout :p . I know I've left feedback on one of yours before (if I remember right :p ~), but I'll do a little search tonight and will leave more for you :) ;) .....

Thanks for the replies and those who do comment and leave feedback!

I've subbed a lot of vloggers because of this site, it is a great tool and I enjoy the videos. It's just interesting what b3comes popular and what doesn't and I was wondering if it had something to do with me.

Guess I'm kinda out of sight out of mind, work too damn much. Haven't ridden in months. But I have released other videos.

I think its just peoples personalitys, its irelevant on the bikes you own and ride, genuinly the only vlogger i can sit and watch waffle on lately is baron von grumble just because of the stuff he spouts is funny as fuck.

make sure you commenting on other motovloggers videos and just other motorcycle forums aswell

whats your youtube channel? ill check it out..... i am newish so im no pro but so far so good for me and its all come down to interaction with other motovloggers and yes like Ben said commenting, so genuinely watching others content and getting involved.

Well feedback as you say is always good to get, but you could look at it this way. Your videos are perfect ;)

On my vids I get a few thousand views but only 20 or so comments! Hope that lends some perspective to feedback and comments or lack of!

BTW put your YouTube channel in your signature!

I comment on vloggers YouTube videos since it is a larger audience, less so on this forum. I have a signature, but I guess because I don't post as much on here it isn't included anymore?

Thanks for the feedback, I appreciate both good an bad...constructive at least. I get enough hate on my old quad videos so I've had my fill of that haha.

I have had my YouTube channel since 2006 so it is established, I use playlists to separate my videos. Moot point though since my quad videos are back in 2009.

Views are better than comments ..comments are nice (not all)
but sometimes I just enjoy watching but don't really have a comment I'm a man and am blank sometimes

Minutes are better than views, and I believe Google have a strong bias towards high minutes watched rather than views.

One thing I know is one of my problems is I am not funny, most of my content is serious or informative. People like BVG and other funny vloggers are great to watch because you get pulled into the content and entertained. My personality is pretty neutral and I think it comes out in my videos.

Honestly this is partially sexist and maybe a tad misogynistic if you want views and subs genuinly just get your baps out, if thats not your thing just do what you like doing and fuck what ever statistics are actually there :)

Haha, I only have a half rack from medical issues so I doubt people want to see my girls. Or maybe they do, but I'll pass on those types.

Personally I can't stand you.... JK :p Do you, there is always audience, don't try to be someone your not, if they don't like it, fuck'em, keep on keeping on. :D

Oh I've always done "me" haha. I'm a chick who works in a parts department at a dealership so I have a thick skin. I like constructive critisiscm so I was just wondering if there was something in particular I was or wasn't doing.
