How about a place where we can ask for videos/vlogs that explain stuff about things we don't understand or have enough information about concerning the rules/regulations in your country, for example:

What the hell is happening at a US intersection and why can you turn even if the light is red?

Maybe someone asks a question as a new thread and people post their answers via a vlog post.

currently is very easy for folk to answer without posting a vid, if the thread encouraged direct links it would attract views/subs. It would need moderating (am happy to do so if folk are using it to promote their channels or vlogs that are 10min longer than the answer)

You could also add that people could Vlog about the way it is here (wherever their here is) and ask others to reply in vlog form, like in my Mark 1 Pedestrian Vlog
