1) put your youtube channel in your signature, lets people know where to check out your stuff.

2) Crank out high quality kick butt vids/vlogs that the people will see when they check out your channel , and will want to subscribe for future kick butt high quality vids/vlogs.

3) Interact with the community, people who are interested will then check out your uploads and maybe subscribe.

You started your channel 2.5 weeks ago and have 3 videos up...give it some time, be involved with the community, produce quality content...make sure your videos end up being videos you wouldn't mind watching yourself. Give it some time, keep working at it. Persistence is key.

We do it because we enjoy it, the subscribers count is just flattery and tribute to the quality you deliver.

We each have different reasons for wanting to do this, find yours, pursue it! I published 43 videos before I even started motovlogging, some of those videos previous have made thousands of hits, however, my vlog videos rarely hit a hundred or two hundred, yet is the source of my subscriber count.

time is also a big one once you have a few subs youtube will start to recomend you and if people like fav share that will boost it put keep making vids and dont worry about the subs THEY WILL COME.

I think the best way is to engage with local vloggers and go on some meet ups and you can get featured on others videos. That brought me about half my subs and I haven't even got a proper vlog ... Yet!

Buy them.... But subs doesn't mean sh*t unless you need views to pay out money through advertising.

If that's what you want then bike vlogging isn't for you. (I think it works out at $1k/million views)
