How Does Everywhere Else Outside The Us View The Motogp

For all you non-US people out there,

We all know racing in the United States doesn't exactly get a great rap and isn't quite as respected as some other major sports. But I was wondering, when it comes to MotoGP, does it garner the same type of respect and following as Formula-1 (i.e. is it a major money draw everywhere it goes)?

For a while we were the last race on the calendar so it got quite a bit of coverage. Now less so.

The actual race weekend on the island is a huge money maker for the locals. Most places are booked out a year in advance.

However MotoGP in general in this country gets bugger all coverage. As does F1 and the local series as its all on pay tv now.

No MotoGP where I am. We can only view whatever people in other countries upload on the internet or pay to view a stream from another country's network..

Not real big here. Its a minority attraction so doesnt get the big coverage. Its a big thing for a lot of riders to ride to the race to watch though.

Load of bollocks now, electronic aids ruined it for me, and all the political bullshit happening with the Spanish riders irritated me alot so i rather watch bsb when the last few races comes down to the top 10 riders not top 2

It's not big in India. I know very few people that follow it. But no one that follows it hardcore like Football or Cricket.
