Thanks for the compliment broski. Ya man,Vegas has given a lot of places permission to do these graffiti pieces as long as it's in good taste. Love that they made that decision.

Yeah I know about the legal places. I've picked up a can or two in the past. I was saying how it's sort of a oxymoron and its against the grain of the culture to get permission.

lmfao that totally went over my head. the buddy i was riding with was a big graffiti artist too. wish i had the talent to do it. I may have gone against the grain too

Ha ha so did I. But the people that got me involved told me the if the serious people heard you got permission you'd be the laughing stock. But to be fair some spots you need it otherwise a perfectly good piece will get painted over. And all that time and paint gone faster than it went up.

Very true. the businesses actually started paying artists to do these murals for them and the city protected their investment. It ended up becoming a big rage and that whole district became a graffiti mural. I can see how it takes away the nostalgia from what graffiti stands for but i still appreciate what kind of art these guys and girls can bust out in short periods of time,.
