Yea, I have been thinking of setting up a NAS. If you have the money that is the way to go for sure!

4TB for £150, a 1TB external is £45-£70, and if I can find a doodah to make my dumb TV smart. Someone did mention WD TV and use a WD NAS.

You can get a chromecast or firestick. I use both, and both support plex. Plex can be pointed to a NAS and then you can stream all your content to your tv.

My 12TB NAS is one of the best things I've purchased.

All my backups are automated and my phone and all my PC's sync my important files between each other.

I bought a Synology DS413j and 4 3TB drives in 2013. I'm not sure of the current cost of equipment unfortunately but it should be a lot cheaper than I paid for the hard drives at least.

The GoPro Hero 2014 is an excellent secondary camera, I have a 3+ Black and a Hero 2014.

I currently use a Gopro Hero 3+ Silver. I was looking at the SJ400 HD as a second camera. I wont be using the audio from it only the video. The one downfall it does not do 1080p 60fps only 30fps at 1080p. For the prices and just using it for video seems legit.

You may be better off thtowing a few extra bucks at the basic Hero if you already have a GoPro, but the SJ does have removeable batteries.

I was looking for a gopro hero 3 white. Not sure if that is what it is called but I can not seem to find any.

It's the $129,99 GoPro. Im sure decent bike accessory shops sell it. Might find high street photography shops sell it. We have Argos over here, a catalogue type shop, there's something similar in the US, but I can't remember the name.

It's good to get the same brand of camera to match the colours easier. The SJ4000 is an amazing camera for the price, but it does funny things with colours.

We have the Sena SMH-10's for audio. It records directly into my gopro via bluetooth. Then with her new Gopro I will just pull in the video since I am recording the audio. I have a video on the Sena I bought if you want to take a look. Also some videos riding with her if you want to hear the audio quality with a dual vlog.
