Decided to paint my fly screen... almost finished... just need to add a clearcoat.
Fly screen is DIY from 2020, and it's made from the lid of a large, plastic tote.
The paints used...

After the white paint for the stars dries, I'll add the five points to the stars.
Then comes a clearcoat.

After mounting the fly screen, I decided to add spacers behind it to elevate it a little bit and I managed to push one of the well nuts inside the front of the fairing. So the nut is now resting on the top of the headlamp housing, and will require me spending about an hour to remedy that...
THANKFULLY... I had a spare well nut from 4 years ago when I did the same thing and had to go to Honda to buy a couple of them.
I knew I had one... SOMEWHERE... so I looked everywhere in the garage and found it on the roll-around toolbox hidden amongst at least a bazillion orphaned bolts, nuts and washers that has accumulated whenever I upgrade something for the bike.
Okay... maybe not a bazillion... but an ass-load, for sure!

A shout-out to my Canadian homeslices!
Fabrique au Canada!
Thanks for the sandpaper, and for my Canadian mom (RIP)!

Half-way apart... retrieving lost well nuts, and I'll be installing a 12v accessory power port and wiring in a powered Garmin gps cradle mounted on the handlebars..
I also changed the OEM bolts & well nuts for the wind screen to some threaded studs.

What was the reasoning for changing the screen bolts?
Every time I have to mount the wind screen, the rubber well nuts get pushed inside the fairing which gives me the choice of leaving them in behind the fairing and buying new well nuts, or spending over an hour taking all the plastic off the front end to get the well nuts out from where they dropped.
With studs, the well nuts aren't needed anymore.
