Hey everyone,

I wanted to share my first big adventure on the BMW R1250GS. Took it out for a weekend trip and this bike exceeded all my expectations. From smooth highways to rough trails, it handled everything with ease.

Highlights include some breathtaking views and a few challenging off-road sections that the GS just powered through. I'm already planning my next trip and can't wait to explore more.

Looking forward to hearing about your adventures and any tips you might have for a relatively new GS owner.

Ride safe and see you on the road!

Cheers,Jackson

Awesome stuff @jacksonbik :-)
What tyres are you running for the trails?

I ride a '16 R1200 GSA that I bought last year with 4k miles. I have taken it off-road just once, but have covered quite a bit of paved roads. Odo reads over 12k now. This has been my best motorcycle owned thus far. My other bike is a '16 R1200 RT-P (ex police bike) that is also a joy to ride except it is a top heavy bike and has to be ridden with some extra care at slow speeds. Pics are in my welcome thread.
