General Finally got my bike!

So I took some advice from my last upload and decided to trim the video in places.

Vid is unlisted as I’m building some content ready to launch the channel with some frequent stuff. Also testing the camera+mic - tell me what you think?

I realised as this was unlisted, I'll not be able to watch this at work.

Great first attempt buddy, it is tough figuring out the gremlins etc, am sure you will sort them.

Feedback offered, but please don't take it as gospel or criticism...

Would have been good to showcase the bike better as it is you introducing it to the channel, and also is the topic of the video, maybe a walk around and point out highlights and features as well as just showing us the bike a bit more.

I'd also suggest making the topic/title a bit more related to the content... this video seemed more about a ride around your local area, which is fine, but not really on topic for the title.

Your audio is fine, but like you say, picks up breathing and wind... You mentioned moving the mic, I think that will help a lot, but wasn't an issue in this video with the mix of on bike, and voice over... but be mindful once you start going a bit faster. I loved your observations while riding, it showed that you were very much paying attention to the surroundings, and had an eye on potential hazards etc, well done! :)

The bike is looking nice. Video seems better than my early attempts, when I started talking on videos. I usually did 4-5 takes, before getting a topic down. The mind keeps wondering, when not used to doing talking and riding at the same time.

I'm actually a bit jealous. When I made my license I was not able to film. There were not that many affordable small cameras, at the time. Would have made analyzing the rides so much easier, instead of relying on my memory.
I've recorded a lot of rides, where I have been instructor, and then given the recordings to the learner, so they can analyse themselves, from 3'rd person perspective.

Thank you for the feedback - you’re definitely right about it being very off-topic and less about getting the bike - I should change the title to something like “Riding my first bike” or something
