so this is my first Vlog. Excuse the low quality, ist was taken from a stream i did via Periscope. I have since figured out how to do it properly and the next one will be better quality.

Let me know what you think and what you think i could improve.

Nice, I like the topic, and how you explain it.
But.
The sound is decent and noise free, but there is a lot of crackling, could be the stream.
Another thing is the poor quality, which you explained. its very obvious that you stabilized the video however, which is really bad, causing headaches in some cases.
Consider moving your camera down to the side or chin of the helmet. The top view isn't very appealing in my eyes.
Also, its about 10 minutes too long. Your point came across in the first 5.

So yeah, don't stabilize, is the worst thing you can do. also it eats some of your resolution, so not using it will automatically improve quality.
