Drivers On Phones

Usually nothing, but, I know someone who had a very serious accident while using the phone and driving. It cost him his job and another man his legs. So when I had a brush with a driver on her phone recently, my reaction was less than pleasant.

I normally let them know how I feel about their deadly, unconscious actions. I make sure to have their license plate as well since it will be illegal in October where I live.
