Do Any Of You Make Non-motorcycle Related Content For Your Channel?

Just wondering if any of you also do other stuff apart from just motorcycles on your channel. Could be just plain old vlogging without a bike, or films, or music critique, gaming or even anime.

I kind of think motovlogging on it's own may or may not eventually go stale after awhile. There's so much you can really cover about your own location's unique quirks.

i do car stuff also. i haven't done much car building in a few months tho but i am building my car should be around 400hp but just bought a turbo from a friend so might be 600hp. my friend has a couple cars about to go together also and his diesel with around 2000ft lbs of tq is almost done so ill be posting more soon. i just post stuff from what I'm doing pretty much.

Well, my channel is not just motovlogging, it's just about anything related to motorcycles, riding, bikers, etc. Plus motovlogging isn't my main thing.

But as to your question, no, I don't post/do any other videos that are not motorcycle/riding related.

As most would say, you do it (motovlog) cause you want to, so if you get bored with it or found something nicer to do, it's not unusual to drop the old hobby for the new one.

There are many many things that are motorcycle related that isn't motovlogging.

I personally feel like the people who subscribe to you expect certain content and therefore the content you make should be within the realm of what you usually do.

But with that said, do what makes you happy.

I personally want to do more motorcycle content, but less just motovlogging, it's just that I don't have a lot of it in Singapore even though I love bikes a lot, because our laws are very restrictive on modding and riding.

-You can't ride a bike that isn't yours, so I can't do bike reviews unless I buy one every time. (Or in special cases I rent, which is what i did for most of my bike review videos)
-No mods without approval from authorities, so I can't do mod related videos either.
-No tracks in Singapore, only in Malaysia. So if i wanted to do a trackday video, i'd have to grab a whole bunch of friends with me across the border.

I'm thinking of veering into the one thing that is allowed though, which is cosmetic customizations. Itansha is pretty popular with the anime going crowd and japanese bikers. I could just do more video of me tearing down and doing up new anime themed motorcycle decals every couple of months. Pretty expensive though. Whole bike vinyls cost about 300 USD over here, even though you are applying it on a DRZ, without labour cost (apply it yourself).

Lol, or I could go the lazy route and motovlog about non riding topics. Like my new favourite metal band or new favourite TV show.

My island is just too small and boring :)

I have a channel for my son opening surprise eggs that I started in October. Already has doubled me in subscribers lol.

I have maintenance videos and am currently in post on a karting video. I might work in some automotive adventures as I do a lot with cars.

I think the idea of you putting in video games that is motorcycle related is pretty good. Its a totally different genre of video, but hey its still motorcycles!

I have a couple of time-lapse videos. And one Rc Car video and the Rc Car video seems to be popular. I have a few rc cars might make some more. Especially of my XO-1.

My channel has gone thorough several phases since about 2007 and I only started motovlogging in 2014. I've got a few music vids of stuff that I produced, pipe and tobacco discussion vlogs and bullying/depression/self-help vlogs, too. I consider the motovlogs to be just one facet of my channel.

Every motovlogger does a go-karting video, so I thought I'd do something different and have recorded an ice-karting video with some other motovloggers.

It was lethal!

Bike repair and maintence is big. Most of the younger guys who just get into bikes need to know this basic stuff. Oil change, clutch adjustment, chain adjustment, fork oil...ect

It truly is odd what people find entertaining or informative... I'm planning on a lot more repair type stuff and the graphic installation of the vinyl on my bike and helmet. 2 more weeks of classes and I might have time to get some footage filmed and edited...maybe

2 classes this semester and 32,000 pages read for it (kinda sucks for an ADHD guy with dyslexia...)

Just wait until you get into a career afterwards. You'll long for the college/uni days when you had so much free time.
