Thank brother!! I appreciate it man, the hardest part of the trip was not having a windshield the whole time. Other than that I was totally fine! Do it, it's incredible!

The hotels were a nightmare to book and a pain! I would have much rather packed some camping equipment and used that! But that does sound like a fun time! If you're coming through my area feel free to hit me up and we will ride some if you have free time!

yeah ive got a small tent, air mat, and sleeping bag. i would pack with me if i did it any long distance. i have an old army bag i can pack a shit tone of stuff in and just strap it to my back seat.

See that's awesome! I would love to do that! That's my next idea for a trip to just camp out the whole way much cheaper that way, gas alone to get across was about 700 doll hairs haha it was expensive

ive done the math using a gas buddy and for me to get to jersey and back would be about 175 -200 in gas. so i could totaly swing it i just dont have pto where i work which sucks but by the end of the summer or start of fall i should have that trip under wraps. nut i want a camera before i do that trip so there will be video of if

Having a camera is absolutely necessary for a trip like that. Like I said man if you are around my neck of the woods hit me up I'll ride up with you for alittle bit! What kind of bike are you rocking for this trip?

That's a sweet ride I'm restoring a 1980 suzuki gs850g for a buddy of mine got it running after 20 years runs strong just needs a few things. I'm in gainesville, VA about 25 minutes outside of Washington D.C.

hahaha thats funny i live about 45 mins away from gainesville, fl. but i would most likely be taking 81 through VA so it doesnt look to far out the way. and isnt it the best feelling giving something that old new life.

I'm very familiar with 81! And yes it is amazing, because by no means and I a mechanic but after getting this bike running I could see working on bikes for a living it's good fun!
