In a moment of great skill and talent ( :shock: ) I managed to throw my bike down the road.
Had just filmed my 1st Jan video and dropped the camera off home to download the video while I took the bike back off to it's bed. Left the house turning left and gassed it up the road ... spin/grip/spit.
It was ...so fast.
I still remember the weird floaty feeling as I flew thre the air tho.

Mobility's a lot better now, but my arm/shoulder's going to be knackerd for a couple of months (going by the las time I hurt it)
Fortunately nothing was broken.
