Ok, so not that early in the morning, around 11ish? i opened the garage door, bike was happily waiting for me as allways, it was about 5 degrees out, so i knew i was in for some waiting to let her warm up, BUT, one touch of the start button reviels a horror, the engine refused to even turn over! I could twist the gas back, nothing, press it with out any gas, still nothing! In the end, after almost destroying my starter motor, the pistons started shifting and the bike fired up! Is there anything i can do to avoid that again? i doubt its doing my poor starter any good!

5 degrees! My bike is fuel injected and around 45 degrees I have to hold the throttle open a little when it finally starts up or it will sometimes cut off. Maybe try keeping it somewhere warm lol.
