Best Phone App For Bluetooth Voice Capture?

Hey folks, I'm trying to get some regular vlogging started however I'm hitting hurdle after hurdle so please, help a brother out.
I'm looking at different options concerning audio recording i.e field recorder (not winning with the external mic to gopro despite deadcat, foam, chin curtain, vents closed. mic will be replaced) and I'm curious if any folks know of a good app that uses bluetooth voice recording that can be set above 8000hz?

Only one I am tracking is Parrot. I believe they have apps for both iOS and Android. The free version caps BT recording at 8,000. Not sure if bumping up tot he paid version will change that.
