I know that riding a motorbike has changed many a peoples lives including my own, What is your most prominent good memory of riding a motorbike or something that has happened around riding?

Im wanting to put together some sort of video sharing these with people so if you are happy to be mentioned in the video then please let me know (I will only share those that say its ok, dont want to step on toes).

My best moment on a motorbike is the feeling after passing my test and being able to ride home on the motorway for the first time. Rather mundane when I look back on it but at the time it was amazing.

Look forward to hearing all of yours!

Cheers

The one that sticks out to me most was riding steadily over the rough surface past Lotherton Farm near Aberford. There was a classic Fireblade behind me riding my Deauville, and on the road opening up I opened the throttle and saw the Fireblade disappear in my mirrors. If only I could remember who was riding it... ;)

Scalping many a big bike on smaller cc bikes, possibly knee down and then probably the most prominant is riding to the isle of man to watch the manx races. I was there when the fastest ever 2 stroke lap was recorded

I've a feeling I would be one of those people you would scalp haha. Very good memories though, you happy for me to use in the video?

The one that really sticks out for me was where I came up and over a smaller pass in the Smoky Mtns. Well, foothills. This was early last May, and I was with 3 other people heading from Louisville, KY to Red River Gorge in Eastern KY. I have to say, this is the first ride I was actually leading, and it was also where the bike and me turned over 2k miles. So, if we had taken the interstates, it would have taken us about 2 hours to get to RRG, but we took all the back roads through the northern horse farms between Frankfort and Winchester. Just outside Winchester, we got behind some slow-moving cages and crap for passing, and we finally hit one of the turns on the GPS and took it. Speed increased, twisties were flying by and we were climbing for a few miles, twisting around.

All of a sudden, we top the hill and look out over the forests (Daniel Boone and Natural Bridge parks) on a sight that nearly caused me to lock up. The day was crisp, warm, air was crystal clear. My speed dropped to mid 30s, and the others behind me were at the same, and they got there quicker than I did. It was one of those "round the bend into the garden of the gods" kinda moment. None of us were expecting it.

Camera was on my chest, but off... Was "saving it" for the RRG Nada Tunnel Loop...

To this day, the 4 of us still talk about trying to find that spot again. (I think it was KY-213 South going into Stanton, KY) Gonna head down there again this spring and try and find the same place, but this time, stop for some photos and get some video...

Gearing up, expecting to ride bitch on the brother-in-law's bike to go and see a Street Triple I was considering purchasing.

He opens the garage door and there is my dream bike, and it's all mine!

We then rode through three mountain passes on a day trip on it.

That was an amazing day.

First time I rode a 1000cc bike two years ago and pretty much wheelied it over the Orwell Bridge in ipswich

I'd like to say it was skill but erm forget it, it was skill

mine was surviving being in 100mph collision it was also the worst experience but the adrenalin rush was amazing damn it hurt after the adrenalin wore off.

Mine is the countless times I some how avoided injury and death playing around on my Yamaha DT-175 as a kid. I would try to destroy that bike so hard, yet she continued to amaze me and took it all. Great bike to have learnt on, even got it registered when I got my bike license at 16. Rode to school on it and could go anywhere when ever I wanted, my first taste of freedom.
