Batman Helmet (DARK as NIGHT helmet: Black edition)

I just found a helmet that represents Batman! Cool looking, but too bad, it would be possible to order it from my country.

It's pretty badass in my opinion, but I don't think that there are much modifications into it. Just a little bat (or cat?) ears. The ears are also flexible, so it won't disturb much.
What do you guys think?
