Why did they ban you?

Made the account years and years ago so would have made myself older. Went on an account clean up November time and updated emails, passwords etc. and cause I had stuff on there from before the age requirement they locked it. Sent them a image of driving license to get it unlocked but not heard anything back

I can still log in but I get a message saying I'm locked out and they are looking at the case. No one can claim the handle though so I can't complain
