i look at my videos and as soon as they are up for the public i get a dislike is this because of the m13 rant

Does it really matter? I've known people who will remain subscribed to someone for the sole purpose of thumbing down every vid they upload. I've had it done to me as well. I don't think the poster of the video really cares much, especially after the first 2-3, when the pattern becomes apparent. Generally it makes the person doing it feel a little better, so let them do it. I doubt it's going to have any effect on your viewership, subcount, or even who manages to find your videos. I am sure if there were a few hundred people doing it, and you never got any thumbs up that there might be a few negative side effects though. As it stands I bet the only effect is to your own ego.

Probably not.

Anyway, the best way to gain recognition is to do your own stuff, not rely on mentions from M13 or anyone else.

He may have been one of the first, but he's certainly in it for the money, not the community. He's said as much many times. YT is a revenue generator for him, and he views other motovloggers as competition.

As for the dislikes, I'd recommend ignoring the trolls and get back to making content that you would enjoy watching.

It doesn't and my ego is fine it's kind of like gnats small and insignificant but still an annoying little shit I asked because I partly thought it was my pc acting up or it was automatic on YouTube

M13 is indeed a bit of a dick (IMO). He blocked me once just because I questioned as to why he was surprised that a 125 could beat a 1000 on what was essentially a go-kart track.
Trolling happens for sure but I wouldn't worry about 2-3 dislikes. Plus viewers are a picky punch, just the fact that you're vlogging despite not being on your bike is enough to grate some people (Yup I know you're saving for a camera). There are so many vloggers these days that the difference between the best and the worst is huge so take the dislikes in a positive way and work on improving your videos as there is always room for it for anyone, even ol'M13.
