A Sena 20s Question

Mr fish

It's not what , it's how
Another question i know :-) ... does anyone know if the sena 20s pairs straight with the go pro 4 as a mic or do i still need the backpac adapter from sena ?

Cheers

Hi mate, you'll need a Sena GP10 GoPro backpack, however.... if you wish you listen to music over your mobile phone via bluetooth, once you turn on the GP10 your phone music will stop. If someone calls you however, you can still answer it.
Sena has said that they look into it in the next firmware, which I highly doubt.

So best to have other options, if you intend to vlog with other riders, GP10 no doubt.

Solo, external mic.

Cheers that what i figured ..seeing as its coming into winter here now, i may hold off till next year

Been waiting for SENA to fix the music issue for some time now. They wont, their customer service is absolute crap. they are more concerned with their products than their customers.

Customer service is very rare in england

Ah my friend, you need to leave the UK some time to realise just how good you actually have it.

I've never had anything close to the average experience in the UK in France, Germany, Italy or Switzerland. They just don't do customer service here like they do in the UK. I lived in the UK for 28 years so I know what it's like :p

America though, that's really where the customer is king.

UK insurance companies need to sort their CS, it really is dire, as is the sales service of a certain Manchester based broker.

I thought that the USA was great .. i asked a guy serving why it was so good .. he replied "you never know who owns a f**king gun" lol
