General A CT-scan of a motorcycle helmet.

I took my old Scorpion helmet to work and placed it in the CT-scanner.
Partly out of curiosity, partly because i hit the 1000subs and partly as a great way to learn both helmet and CT

This specific Scorpion helmet is quite old and hasn't been used for 5 or 6 years after i crashed on the highway.
Big spot on the back which you can push inwards with your fingers being the main reason.
Interesting is, that if you know that spot is there, you can see it back in the CT footage.

Life saver, those helmets

Lol properly dramatic music but yeah once you realise there is damage to the helmet that otherwise would be unseen I can see how the music works.

I dropped my helmet going through a door at work, and within the hour had dropped it in the bin... I ain't taking that risk.

Bit dramatic doesn't hurt

I have dropped a helmet from the bike saddle once or twice, that shouldn't be a problem.
But this helmet hit the road with 120km/h going down xD

Lol, we are saying we noticed damage, for all we untrained viewers know what we think its damage is potentially normal bits.

Ah I re-read and now Im with you. Its incredibly hard to even see if your helmet is damaged, as the part that takes the damage is inside and sealed away from you.

It is better visible on the source material.
But around 0:11 and 01:50 you can see the difference between the right and left side. That is where the helmet meet the concrete
