You get used to it. It mostly hits on your chest. I wouldn't recommend it if regular long journeys or touring are the aims. You can get a screen but personally i don't like the look of most of them and they only switch the wind from your chest to your head anyway.

yeah I would be touring on it. We'll see what I'll get in a month. Found one used kitted for mild touring with the fly screen and tailbag already.

If you're touring then look into the mt07 tracer. Not sure when or even if it's out yet though

Out of budget, maybe for a next bike. Its already out, I can even go to the dealer and check it out whenever.
