Cutting out all the footage is not easy, you want to share the ride but theres to much material, doing part 2 and 3 is a option if your first one garners any interest for some reason none of my part 2 videos do as well as part 1 I have a hard time keeping my motovlogs under 15 mins.
I been subbing a few sights from our forum for a while. When I get around to checking out more of them I will be adding more as I go, Part of the reason I wanted to be in this forum was to try learn some things and help my page grow. I upgraded my mic and camera because of the advice and...
I worry about my bike getting stolen too..it's light and easy to Grab-N-Load, I keep it in my living room at home but when I'm on the road I have to keep it in view...
I had my choice and got the sony FDR-X300R and I'm happy as hell with it..Im learning how to use the menu, it's not as complicated as I thought at first...Image stabilization is first class and the sound is also very good...I have a few vids with it now on my youtube page.
I use my channel for anything I feel like doing, I write music and play table tennis and make videos about it. My primary message is the dragster RR moto vlogs, that's my main focus although, my biggest views are coming from my 8mm silent movie restorations..no sound, just vintage drag racing...
It's not hard for me to hit the subscribe button if I think I will be intertained or something to learn...I been adding a few metal heads lately, I'm going back into music recording..Hitting the table tennis vids pretty hard too...
I been trying different things with my sony fdr-x3000r..I kinda miss the prism tube, turn it on..turn it off..no menu...Quality of the sony is hands down a big improvement though it does require more thinking...something I'm not good at..
youtube directly..I was really disappointed when I first viewed it, It looks a lot nice before I did the upload..my prism tube looks almost as good, but the image stabilization on the sony rocks!..I will keep trying, the sound quality is 10 times better than my prism tube..
I cant believe how up-loading it to youtube destroyed a pretty nice video, I need to try something different in the settings, the picture quality is not even close to the original footage..thanks for the compliments!..the old cave is still good, I went up there about 2002.
The mounting system was part of the "package" and the water proof casing is a lot slimmer than the go-pro, that's part of the reason I bought it, its more aero for helmet mounting..not like a flat hand in the wind..image stabilization is a lot better than go pro too...it came with a lot of...

I pulled the trigger this morning..I ordered the sony fdr-x3000r video camera...the mic I ordered is on "backorder" sony #ecm-ds70p so, I will order a cheap-o mic to get me by until it gets here. I'm planning a new video but I wont film until I have the new equipment..with the filmora editing...
I been using it for a while, I think the quality is very good, especially for what it cost..it's light and it does cut through the wind very nice, I had it on my helmet for a 1065 mile ride 22hrs straight... The bad thing is the switch, after some usage it is hard to operate. When it was new it...
